Old Grunt (5/5 stars, 3 weeks ago): Just started with Walters and so far very happy with them. Prices are comparable with other haulers for residential trash but they beat the service I did have when it comes to yard waste by a mile. Better than twice the amount allowed for basically the same price and somebody over there has some serious smarts they give you an extra container for the same price. Saves time and effort for their employees (they don't have to get out of the truck to pickup bags) and saves me time and money (don't have to buy bags or fill them which is somewhat more difficult than filling a container). Got my neighbor to go with them as well for the same reasons. Would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

Daniel B. (5/5 stars, 4 months ago): We have been with Walter's for a long time! Over 15 years now. They are a great company to deal with and pick up our trash recycle and yard waste. Earlier this year we signed up again for their yard waste and noticed there was a significant decrease in the number of yard waste bags they would pick up from 10 to four. We have three ash trees and get a TON of leaves not only from our trees but from some of our neighbors as well. When I called to ask about the change in policy I was quickly offered an extra can at no additional charge. I was told we were still able to put out four bags. This helped us a lot! We had issues with their yard waste service last year as far as pick up not being done on our scheduled day. This happened several times. This year was absolutely perfect! No issues with any pick ups which is how it normally is. Anytime I have called to talk with a staff member they have always been polite courteous and helpful. They have a great crew from the drivers the office staff and the employees at the public drop-off site. I would highly recommend this company for all of your trash recycle and yard waste needs.

Kristine Beese (4/5 stars, a month ago): UPDATE: Walter's called and offered me a great deal on the next two years of service along with dropping yard waste $45 this year so I decided to stick with them as I appreciate their willingness to work with me. I've been using Walter's for almost 8 years. My invoice over the past year has gone up two different times (each at the 6 month mark). I'm paying about $50 more each bill for the same service. This is NOT fuel charges these are charges to the bins (which is a rip off). And $265 for 6 months of yard waste is insane. I will be cancelling my service unless they decide to keep bin fees fixed and only adjust the costs for taxes and fuel since those amounts fluctuate. Another negative my christmas tree sat on my curb for 3 weeks I had to call for them to pick it up...and it's part of the our service.
