Been through multiple times and her poor attitude is always the same. Everyone else there is friendly and helpful. Nice to have a service like this in Minneapolis.

I wish they would market this place more as a recycling center where people were encouraged to come with nothing and leave with items. There is often lots of resuable materials here.
