The lady at weight station needs some training in customer service. She’s very rude and purposely makes people wait extra long. Been through multiple times and her poor attitude is always the same. Everyone else there is friendly and helpful. Nice to have a service like this in Minneapolis.

first off I want to start by saying I really love what the city Providing this service the service was awesome I couldn’t ask for a better person helping me. Latoya was totally the best help she explained everything to me what I was doing what was going and the inside was helpful as well thanks city of Minneapolis.

It's great that the city provides this free for residents. Sometimes lines are long. I wish they would market this place more as a recycling center where people were encouraged to come with nothing and leave with items. There is often lots of resuable materials here.
