David Micheals

David Micheals is RecycleFind's senior recycling editor. He brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in scrap-metal recycling, material identification, recycling-yard operations, and practical preparation methods for common ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

David helps RecycleFind turn technical recycling information into useful guidance for households, contractors, and first-time scrap sellers. His editorial focus is real-world accuracy: what a recycler is likely to accept, how material should be prepared, which details should be confirmed with a local facility, and when safety or regulatory questions require a qualified local professional.

RecycleFind combines David's practical editorial guidance with primary-source research and clearly dated directory data. Time-sensitive prices, facility hours, and local rules should always be confirmed before a trip.
