Car was scheduled to be picked up between 7-11am nobody ever showed up no call or anything. I called them and they said that they were still planning on coming today and would call me back with an ETA within a couple of minutes. 2 hours later nobody has called or shown up so I’ve now waisted an entire 6 hours of my day.

Don’t bother calling them. They will put you on hold drop you not call back and not answer when you call back. So unbelievably frustrating I have no idea how they do business.
