Giving them 5 star because this was the best experience I had with Westrock 2 hrs it took to load me. Eveytime I come to Minnesota I always experience nice and friendly people No matter where I go. I was really having a bad day but these nice people turn it around. We get treated like trash out here it was nice to get a positive experience for once.

Whether you are delivering or picking up you want the area with the scale. Take exit Vandalia off of I 94. Go north. The scale is the 2nd turn on the left side. Go pass the scale on the left side. For shipping find a place to park and check inside. For receiving turn around and go to the scale. You will be told where to go from there. After picking up you can scale your load. Take Exit 237 from I-94 head north cross two railway tracks make left at lights university ave W then make left at first light N Hampden Ave then at first stop sign Myrtle Ave make left go 200ft you will find big shipping sign and office is at the right side there.
