We are an out of state lienholder and was able to get detailed information about our vehicle before we made the trip. Very helpful with what paperwork was needed so we were prepared when picking up truck. Being prepared made the release smooth and painless well other than having to pay for it. They were firm but fair with the fees since they are regulated by the state.
