Becky Bates (1/5 stars, a year ago): Update12/27/23: I sent them an email like they requested below and never heard back from them. As of today they did the same thing so now I get to go get my trash can out of my neighbor's yard once again. Today is our trash day. We put our trash out the night before to make sure it is ready for them. Today as I am sitting at our dining room table I watch the trash man take the bin across the street to the side of the truck that dumps the bins empty it and leave the bin in the ditch. So now I have to go cross traffic to pick it up and move it. We've had issues with them for a while.

Paul (5/5 stars, 3 years ago): Friendly people and reliable service. My son loves trash trucks and they talked with us for over 30 minutes answering all of his questions. Driver John showed him all the levers and buttons. I could see they share my sons enthusiasm. If you have people like this being genuinely kind and providing a great service why would you go anywhere else. Its nice to be able to call your rep who is local and lives in the area whenever you need something. Really impressed by this company.

Deborah Lloyd (1/5 stars, a month ago): This is the worst company ever we have had a metal dumpster from them for several years now they won't stand by their contracts I'm on a fixed income and they call we need to update your contact I told them no you keep going up they told me it was because the contract was never filed on their end I told them again to pick it up my trash is picked up every 2 weeks I told them I had to have service lower then 100 a month so they told me they could do 91.50 a month I send a new contract so I get it it is for 111.00 so I decide it's not much different and sign it dumb me I was charged 111.00 once and now it is up to s 138.00 last month this month 129.00 what happened to standing behind a contract I can't wait for that contract to be over lousy company now I find out I could of had it picked up every week from another company and paid less then 75 a month sorry company wish I could get back all the extra money these people have stolen from me
