This Just Happened (1/5 stars, a month ago): I am extremely upset. I had to wait a little over two months for my trashcan to get a lid replacement! In the meantime animals were getting into my trash and constantly making a mess in mine and my neighbors yards. I explained this to them and instead of just giving me a whole new trashcan they made me wait for two months until they got lids in. To top it off they gave me a strict instruction to not put any trash in the trashcan for the day of the appointment which was today. My trash day was yesterday morning. I had trash from last night and I had to just put the trash on the floor outside which animals got into it again! I watched the worker on the camera pull up and the very first thing that they did was get out of the vehicle and look to see if the trashcan was empty. When they seen it was empty they continued on to fix the lid which to fix it they didn’t have to tip the trashcan over they didn’t have to pick up the trashcan. They didn’t have to do anything but take the pieces that were left from the old lid off and put the new lid on. I’m wondering if I would have put that bag of trash in there if these lazy people would have seen it and drove off and would’ve had me reschedule for another month out. I hope that is not the case. If you guys are just replacing the lid stop being difficult with people having only one bag of trash in there! I am disabled and it was hell for me to be picking up the trash for these last two months off the floor and especially this morning was hell as well! I don’t know why people have to be so awful to people! One bag of trash in the damn trashcan wouldn’t have made a big deal at all. I have the video to show you that all he did was unscrew the pieces of the old trashcan lid off and put the new lid on. There is literally no excuse to be so cruel to people. How much trash can you literally accumulate in a 24 hour period? Maybe two bags max. Now tell me how would that have interfered with them taking off the screws and putting a new lid on? I am so disgusted with how hateful people can be. That role had to have been created by one miserable person. You should be ashamed and embarrassed of yourself. It is clear as day that you are just trying to be difficult to people!

Ace Moya (1/5 stars, a month ago): Please read new drivers don't apply for this place they will use u trust me please listen to this mesg or read I will save you a lot of time wish I would of seen something like this or read before applying so let me tell you what happened I worked day and night for them 7days a week at times 160 hrs every 2 weeks away from my family a lot never had lunch or break never missed a day or late never got into an accident and right before my 6month probation was up and I was about to join union they came up with some false statements about me that I ran a red light and that I drove pass a line of cars unsafe and that I wasn't good enough to pass my probation and join the union and they didn't keep me please read new drivers trying to apply I will save u 6 months of probation somewhere else you can spend ur time using for a much better company they are 20 drivers short and they are always hiring talk to a lot of there drivers when you see them and ask how it's going and how much and how big there route is getting and the sign now hiring sign on there fence never came down now i no why this all happened on the front loader side trash truck driver just so anyone reading this is aware please look me up on fb and I can give you more details if need be would of gave them no stars but wouldn't let me thnx for listening.

Jonathan Pendley (1/5 stars, 8 months ago): Rather than stop the truck while they are emptying your bin they keep going so as to put your trash or recycle right in the way of your driveway they are lazy after a huge windstorm most of our streets trash cans where nocked over rather than do the considerate thing and pick them up and empty they just skipped pretty much the whole street. They drive way to fast down the residential streets at the end of my street is the bike path along tramway they enter there way to quick and are going to end up killing someone.
