Recycling of cardboard, mixed paper, plastic bottles, and cans is free. It does not accept refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, railroad ties, telephone poles, or concrete; deceased animals are not accepted except deer, elk, and moose carcasses from August through February under a state chronic wasting disease program.
