City of Helena Solid Waste Division

Wapiti Stalker (1/5 stars, a year ago): Went two times and had the worst experience. Horrible customer service the gentleman in the main office bullied my wife and talked down to her which was so unprofessional. The City of Helena needs to train these people to have more manors and have more professionalism even if they are in the wrong. It’s a waste station not a 5 star business.

carl garcia (5/5 stars, 3 years ago): The employees especially Eric are awesome. I accidentally threw away my wifes medicine the night before got there first thing next morning and the crew searched the trash bags and found it for me. They went above and beyond. Greatly appreciated. Thank you

Donna Peel (5/5 stars, 8 years ago): We called the tramp truck to pick up a few things that wouldn't fit in our truck and didn't expect them to pick up the old fence wood we had stacked out back and thought we'd have to haul that ourselves but they cleaned it all up and it's wonderful.
