The team that helped me were some of the most understanding helpful and knowledgeable professionals I've met in a long time. They are rockstars!!! Jeri in Billings MT. was so helpful. Also I want to thank Andrea and Molly. They were amazing. They really went the extra mile to help me in a very confused stressful situation. My driver was on the spot and spot on. They all deserve some recognition and a BIG FAT RAISE.

RW 2019 (1/5 stars, a year ago): Called the first week of May to cancel my service and switch to Grizzly. I was told that Republic Services is now discounting service to half the cost for 2 years with no fees. Sounds great and makes sense for the money. However.....I told the rep that maybe you should have offered the discount to your loyal members before they decided to switch as a thank you!!! Tells me that they were ok taking my money if I was stupid enough to stay with them and not say a word!! Cancelled service on the spot!! Today is July 11 2023 and I have made over 20 calls to have my cans picked up. NOPE!! they are still curbside. Each time I have called the rep says the will escalate the issue their are no supervisors to speak with they will call me back given new dates for can removal driver constraints and still they sit!!! They even come by and empty the empty cans like rock stars.(idiots)!! Told the rep on recorded lines that the cans were in the middle of the street causing a traffic hazard....still nothing!! So if anyone would like 2 blue cans come take them Republic Services doesn't want them!!!

B (1/5 stars, a year ago): Did not pick up my garbage when it was scheduled called for a pickup and was told they would be by the next day to grab it. The next day rolls around and they never showed up. I have bear problems were I live and if I left my trash out the bears would tear it apart and spread it all over the road. Republic is a completely inept and greedy company that charges far too much for a mediocre service at best.
