This place is awesome. They helped me with my recycables even sorted for me. I didn’t feel like I got scammed or cheated. Great place very clean

Been there once when i helped a friend move and staff seems friendly. I feel like i got payed fairly for what i had. Only bad thing is there's alot of homeless people around so the area smells really bad and most homeless are crazy yelling and trying to fight nothing so its scary

Horrible employees! No respect for someone that had gotten to them at 4:12pm one day and another occasion at 4:07pm when they were still supposed to be doing business and was told to come back the following day because they had been done for the day. I get off work then barely get home in time to walk 1.4miles to them and I don't get a sorry or even a reason why they won't process my one garbage bag of crushed plastic bottles that just need to be placed in a can weighted and done fast. Just ignored my question and saying "No come back or go somewhere else!;" Nice business ethics and customer service. It doesn't matter if it's Macy's Department Store or Recycling Business it's à business that I gather the goal is to drive the revenue matrix to the highest point possible! I now will go out of my way to another place and make certain that I will advise others to not use this place! As a Thank You for wasting my time and energy!
