The site accepts yard waste like grass clippings and leaves for a fee of $1.00 per bag or barrel, with charges for pickup loads based on the size of the truck or trailer. No commercial truck loads are allowed, and visitors must unload their own yard waste, take back empty bags, and ensure waste is free of garbage or recyclables. Illegal dumping may result in fines, and the site's opening hours are subject to weather conditions. Additionally, Gertens in Inver Grove Heights and Eagan offer alternative disposal options for leaves and garden waste. Davey Tree Service at 405 Hardman Avenue South accepts residential brush and tree waste on select Saturdays, with fees for disposal of brush and mulch specified based on the type of material. The facility does not accept certain items like rocks, garbage, or bagged leaves. Holiday weekends are closed, and delivery of unprocessed wood chips is available with a 10-yard minimum order.
