ORRA, the Oregon Refuse Recycling Association, is a voluntary association of solid waste management companies and businesses specializing in offering equipment and services crucial to the industry. Established in 1965, ORRA aims to enhance the efficiencies of collecting and processing recyclables and solid waste. With over 200 members, ORRA provides legislative advocacy, education, group insurance, meeting facilities, and regulatory advice to its members. It is also a member of the West Coast Refuse Recycling Coalition (WCRRC), along with counterparts in Washington and California. ORRA offers services such as the 2025 Hall of Fame Tournament scheduled for July 24-26 at Sunriver Resort Meadows Golf Course, lodging available online. Additionally, the 2025 ORRA Membership Directory is accessible online for members.
