DTG Facility in Coupeville, WA, formerly known as Island Recycle, provides recycling services for electronics, metal (tin and aluminum), glass, paper, plastics (only 1s and 2s), and cardboard. They also accept clothes donations for the blind in blue containers. Prohibited materials include commercial and household garbage, liquids, gas-filled containers, hazardous materials, tires, uncertified demolition waste, biomedical waste, asbestos-containing materials, lead paint, fluorescent light bulbs, batteries, burned materials, telephone poles, railroad ties, and any other materials deemed risky by the Site Supervisor. Illegal dumping of hazardous substances is a criminal act. Additionally, DTG offers portable bathroom rentals and roll-off dumpsters for various projects.
