Location: Bayview Solid Waste Dropbox Recycle Park at 5790 S Kramer Road, Langley, WA, is open from 9:30 AM to 5 PM on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday. They accept household garbage by can or bag, with disposal fees applicable. Visitors can download the Recycle Whidbey Brochure for a list of accepted recyclables. Clothing donations should be placed in the blue Northwest Center container. For hazardous waste, visitors should notify the site attendant; large quantities may be referred to the Coupeville Solid Waste Complex. Limited quantities of construction, demo, metal, and yard waste are accepted, with a restriction on items longer than 4 feet. Out-of-county waste is not accepted, as this facility is exclusively for Island County residents.
