Frank Pagano (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): Avoid. The staff is so rude the hostility filters down to some of their customers. It's an oppressive creepy environment. A century ago if the fascists had recycling this is what it would look and feel like. I'm totally done with this place.

Matt Davis (1/5 stars, 12 months ago): Apparently neither Freeland or Coupeville are accepting styrofoam. Freeland says some machine is broken & Coupeville says “It all goes to the dump” per recycle employee on the phone.
