Andover residents can use the city Recycling Center daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. It accepts common beverage and food containers, paper and flattened cardboard, plus designated batteries, propane cylinders, scrap metal, used oil, filters, antifreeze and bicycles. Materials must follow city preparation rules; the site does not pay for aluminum or scrap.
