Staff is friendly and tries to be as helpful as possible. I am regularly thankfully for the existence and quality of the recycling center. Tax money very well spent.

Jesse Hoehle (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): So after being charged for 33 mattresses instead of 3 to a grand total of $825. I demanded to know how and when a refund would occurthe gentleman. I dealt with lied to his supervisor and told her he told me Monday. And then they both proceeded to tell me that nobody could tell me when my refund would be credited to my account. After telling him I did not appreciate being lied to he proceed to get in my face while I was back against a wall and scream and yell at me telling me he didn't appreciate being called a liar when he was clearly lying. When I asked him to back away he told me to back away although I had nowhere to go and continue to yell and point in my face to the point I had to call the police. Keep in mind my daughter was with me through all of this.
