Andover Recycling Center

The Andover Recycling Center, located at 1825 Crosstown Blvd NW, Andover, MN 55304, offers recycling services to all city residents. Open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, the center accepts aluminum beverage cans, steel food cans, plastic bottles (caps on), glass food and beverage jars, paper (junk mail, magazines, newspapers), corrugated cardboard (flattened), motor vehicle batteries, propane tanks (up to 20 lb), scrap metal (free of glass, plastic, wood, or rubber), and used motor oil (uncontaminated). Notably, the center does not pay for aluminum scrap metal and does not accept books. Specific instructions include placing antifreeze containers next to the motor oil tank, disposing of used oil filters properly, and contacting Bikes4Kids for bicycle donations.
