Bertil Vanboer (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): On a snow day when recycling usually comes at 7 am you would think that about noon when the roads had thawed they would make an effort to catch up. Instead the twit in the office just said to hoard it until next date. Awful customer service exorbitant high prices and terrible administration.

Dp (1/5 stars, 3 months ago): If trash wasn’t a monopoly in Bellingham I would definitely not use SCC for my trash services. Multiple times the dump truck has failed to empty my trash can fully. It’s happened 4 times now. Every time I call customer service about the issue I’m greeted with rudeness. The most recent time it happened they assumed it was a half dump when the can was still 5/6th full. I had to call multiple times just to get it in writing that I can put out enough extra bags to make up for 5/6th leftover next week at no extra charge.

Jay Styer (1/5 stars, 8 months ago): Once again you did not pick up the trash at one of our properties today. We called instantly as we watched the truck driver barely look at us and keep driving. Then we were told by the person on the phone that he could not pick up the trash because the doors to the surround were not working....that's pretty interesting since we were standing there with the doors wide open and had the dumpsters staged so all he had to do was pull in but nope. Instead makeup a lie about the situation and leave us with full dumpsters again. This is far from the first time the exact circumstances have unfolded this way. For $10k/month at 1 property alone I should be having the trash hauled off twice a week not being fed lies by an incompetent lazy driver and snarky office staff. Be grateful you are the only game in town because you truly are what you haul. Do better!
