City Recycling

City Recycling is a scrap metal yard on Fishfry Street in Hartford, part of the Connecticut Scrap family of yards. They buy ferrous and non-ferrous metal by weight at competitive, market-based prices and hand you a certified scale ticket showing the gross, tare, and net weight on every load. A big part of the business is junk vehicles: they buy cars, trucks, trailers, and equipment in any condition, running or not, pay cash, and will tow junk cars away for free. On the metal side they take the full range of scrap, including copper, aluminum, brass, steel and cast iron, stainless steel, insulated wire, and batteries, with no load too big or too small. City Recycling serves Hartford and surrounding towns such as West Hartford, East Hartford, Manchester, Glastonbury, Newington, and Windsor.
