No wait. I went to Marion County waste disposal in Salem. See picture. There was a 20+ vehicle line before opening see picture. So I decided to try heading to North Marion County Refuse disposal in Woodburn. See comparative pictures. You'll never have to wait along side the road in Woodburn since driveway to facility half a mile long. You know Woodburn outlet mall road along East of mall leads to entry? Just North of there on Cosby if mall open take hwy 219 West and take first North road to Cosby. Save time and be safe.
