I received my bill today I always dread opening it because there are always mistakes and extra charges I called today because I once again was being charged for extra pickups and I knew I never requested it they just give me a run around and no explanation today I finally got a hold of someone who actually looked into come to find out I have been picking up the bill for someone else's garbage it's at a house I once owned 17 years ago!! The lady on the other end of the phone said she was going to talk to her manager and call back so yes she offered me a credit for the extra pickups however I have been paying these extra charges for a long time now because they always just put me off so I told her that she owes me a lot more money than just this month her response was oh we can't go back that far !! I am so pissed off I could scream ! How in the world could this even happen and then not be reimbursed for it so I'm picking up the tab for their mistake!! I'm not done with this yet this is so wrong!!!!

Sarah (1/5 stars, 5 months ago): Do not use this company they are corrupt 🙄. They mistreat and threaten the customers who use their services. They leave you on hold for inappropriate amounts of time. They steal money from clients and don't render goods or services paid for by said clients. The people should file a class action lawsuit against this joke of an establishment.
