Self-serve machines are temporarily unavailable at BottleDrop Redemption Centers in Eugene, with all individual container counts being done by Stream Count at the Bulk Count station. The drop door will be open for easy access. In Bend, limited parking is available due to construction. BottleDrop offers various redemption options, including self-serve returns for up to 350 empty containers per person per day, hand-counted returns at select locations for up to 50 containers per day, and the Green Bag Program where customers can drop full bags of containers for redemption at participating locations. Customers can receive their refund value as cash or store credit at participating retailers through BottleDrop Plus, which offers 20% more refund value. Additionally, customers can link their BottleDrop account to an Oregon College Savings Plan account to save for education. The system is effective in redeeming and recycling over two billion containers annually, helping keep public spaces litter-free in Oregon.

Keegan Elliott (2/5 stars, 9 months ago): Arriving about 20 min before opening to wait in line I observed at least 5 different people pull up and be unable to drop their cans via the drop slots because the slots were stuffed. Sign says drop off slots open at 6am. Maybe they should update that time to match the time they are ready to have the slots available for bags to be dropped off.

The staff is always awesome and in a good mood which is not always the case at these BottleDrops😁 They're usually is not a very big line and I can always get a cart to put my cans in. They have five regular stations and 1 express station. If the machines do not take your cans or bottles you take them to the front and they hand count them for you. There is a limit of $35 per person per day. Be sure to come early enough as they close the hand-counting station a little bit before the store closes. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others😁 Thank you Oregon City BottleDrop you're the best!!

C (1/5 stars, 5 months ago): I've been an Oregon resident for a couple months now and I've never been treated so poorly like I was today at the bottle drop. I have Wisconsin license plates still and a rude employee refuse to let me use the dottle drop and kept badgering me to see my id and said he'd call 911 on me. I've been to this bottle drop multiple times with no issues. As I put my cans back in my car I went back in to ask for his name and he said he didn't need to give me that. Since he didn't tell me his name I was there on 10/28/2024 at 10:00am. I will never use this bottle drop again.
