Terraniiish (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): Both machines are down for the count if you just wanted to get rid of a few bottles and head inside to discount your next beverage too bad. I pressed the customer service button which has a note explaining that the speaker doesn’t work. “We’ll be out as soon as we can.” Lies. Nobody came 15 minutes later. This is a push a button cross your fingers type of experience. I’m returning cans I’m not here to gamble my time away. Two thumbs down on machine maintenance.
