😡😡🤬🤬I call them ask them for job keep me on hold for 3min soon lines it rings they hang up what point have phone 📱🤳 then all don't awer phone in office 😡😡🤬🤬

To start things off I've been going here for 6 years and I've tolerated the tomfoolery long enough. The workers behind the scale are all rude no matter how good the weather is and will aways have you waiting for 20mins before they even consider take your scarp. Including that malevolent woman Morgan I believe always got a stray hair up her back porch. I stayed standing at the ticket booth for 15 minutes straight while she just sat at a computer ignoring me as the office phone rang. When she did finally get to me she got upset because my cash card wasn't the new one it was just two cards taped together that they had made for me in the past. She refused my business telling me to come back next week after I got a new card. I had my ID social security and their dumb card yet I was still turned around. It wasn't like it was expired or anything it still had a full year to go. I get it people have bad days but this is so unprofessional from both departments. The prices are constantly fluctuating too and the facility is quite far so I thought I would save time by calling them up; however I was ringing that phone for 2 hours straight and they still didn't answer. My last and final visit I had to take the bullet and drive down there just to wait 40 minutes for a employee to tell me they're not accepting public scraps metal anymore unless you're a big private contractor dumping a lot of scrap. Don't waste your time here.
