The lady that works there is really rude. She started yelling and cursing at me and wanted to extort me for some money to dump there. She tried to intimidate me with a male worker that works there. She digs out items and sells it on the city property. If you see all the item around there office you will know what I’m talking about.

Just left there not a good time to go everyone having lunch They said containers were full we were the only ones there. There was one visible container empty.

We tried throwing waste and she was EXTREMELY RUDE to us. Yelling we had to be a resident in Houston. We provided what she asked and still said no.
