Biz Aid Community Recycling Center
90 Darling Drive
Biz Aid runs Branch County's indoor, self-serve recycling drop-off center in Coldwater, open to households and businesses Wednesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Materials arrive clean and sorted. Glass bottles, jars, jugs, candle jars, and window glass are taken in every color with lids off and labels on. Cardboard, styrofoam, and batteries recycle free. Other materials run on an annual membership or a per-visit guest fee, and electronics are charged by weight. Trash, solid waste, and hazardous materials are refused. The owner also builds business collection programs that cover containers, staff education, pickup, and summary reports, and the site bales oversized cardboard and sorts plastic film. A MI EGLE recycling grant and the Branch County Conservation District helped fund the center's expansion.
