Not accepted are items like plastic bags, scrap metal, styrofoam, electronics, textiles, and appliances. Additionally, Thornton provides a one-time free pick-up service for flattened moving boxes for new residents, and mattress disposal can be arranged through Spring Back Colorado for a fee.
