Spring Back Colorado

Edit: There was an error made in pick-up because of my location near several other apartments. Bobby called me and is making sure the box spring is picked up today. A good thing I learned is make sure if you live in a crowded apartment area to send pictures and leave a note somewhere on the mattress/box spring so the driver can accurately pickup the correct item. I really appreciated the prompt response and correction and will be recommending this service/using it again in the future. Old: Scheduled a box spring pickup for Monday on Sunday but was told it would be done Tuesday. It's Wednesday morning and it's still outside even after they called to tell us they picked it up last night. As a renter I could risk consequences for it remaining out there past when I told my landlord it would be picked up.

Really quick and friendly. Helped us with a single mattress we dropped off and was quickly in & out.

Let me start by saying I rarely add reviews unless a company goes above and beyond - this company did exactly that. I unintentionally did not pay for a second mattress pickup yet set it out for pickup. The pickup crew STILL picked it up and called me after the fact to send a link for payment. I will forever recommend this company and highly recommend them to anyone. They’re doing a less than glamorous job taking care of all the things NO ONE wants to take care of and doing it with class professionalism and kindness in their hearts for a knuckle head like myself (who didn’t realize they made a mistake by not paying for a second piece). 10/10 - Highly recommend this company.
