Quick drop which was nice. But it was my first time there are very few signs for direction. Some of the staff were helpful but the owner was not. I spoke to the owner who seemed bothered when I tried to say hi and ask for direction. She even teased me which I thought was less than professional. If Kris treats her customers poorly I can only imagine how she treats her staff. Overall. Not a great experience.

Keep an eye on their pricing. Padnos is generally higher on basic tin/steel and most other metals.

Seems to me that they just Rob people I brought some stainless steel in there and it said online that I should have gotten a 40 to 80 cents a pound cuz it was the 316 and they only gave me three cents a pound if you have to go there I'm sorry you have to
