Dave Tarner (5/5 stars, 10 months ago): Great place. Roll up and they take a look at what you have to give you a price. They take your payment and have you pull up to a dumpster or pile and unload. Fast and easy - super cheap for most garbage. Freon items were $25 each but regular trash was like $10 for a few bags.

But when I called to ask questions Eryn and Chris were extremely polite understanding and helpful in giving me the information I was requesting. Excellent customer service. My husband tells me he likes this place and it's convenience it provides. For them to explain the reasons for the policy change it made it easier for an understanding. Although my husband was not fond to hear of but can understand it and it helped us be able to conclude we will continue to use the services provided by Lansing Recycling. Thanks Chris and Eryn.

Jesse Gerould (5/5 stars, 2 years ago): I've been going here for a few years now. Even when they're busy I don't mind the wait because they are so easy going and polite. Prices are incredibly reasonable. This place is the reason I stopped going to Granger. I've even got an offer to buy my van from one of the employees 🤣 Sorry but the van ain't going anywhere but my driveway lol!
