B Ham (5/5 stars, 4 weeks ago): I've gone here dozens of times about every other month. While it gets busy in the afternoons when the route trucks get back and on the weekends. The staff has always been nice and friendly and the facilities adequate. I have been to far worse and this is a good place to go to get rid of your trash & recyclables at a reasonable price.

erik zaika (1/5 stars, 3 weeks ago): Here's a strongly worded review in English based on your input: Terrible Experience – Rude and Unprofessional Staff I arrived at the gate at 5:45 PM stuck in heavy traffic but they refused to let me in. I explained that I had crossed the gate on time but the workers were rude angry and completely unhelpful. Their attitude was unprofessional and they treated me with no respect. It felt like they were just looking for a reason to deny service rather than help. Most of them especially the older workers seemed like they didn't want to be there at all. Horrible customer service – never coming back!

antonio ruiz (1/5 stars, 2 weeks ago): Sign says they close the gate at 5:45 I arrived 5:43 and a older women in a car blocked me from entering and all she said was we’re closed and I pointed to the sign and said I still have a few minutes before the gate closes and wouldn’t budge ridiculous.
