All the scale guys are knowledgeable and even though I'm not bringing a ton of stuff they don't act like it's an inconvenience - Shoutout to Mike. The cashiers are all friendly as well. I come maybe once every two weeks and I haven't ever gotten a nail in my tire either so that's how you know it's a good yard

ja rain (2/5 stars, 5 months ago): HORRIBLE SERVICE from my initial interaction!!! I Was looking for somewhere to recycle my catalytic converter and I asked the first guy I approached. He said they don't accept them. I asked him if he might know where i can go and He had this look on his face like I came in there with a stolen catalytic converter. He responds "no" and turns his back on me and tries to go back into his booth until I alooking aed for the manager. Without looking at me he points in the direction of the cashier and walks away from me. Very rude. The ONLY reason I gave this review two stars is because of the service I received from the cashier. She pointed me in the right direction and apologized for the actions of that first jerk. As I was walking out a big guy approached me and explained why they dont accept them. HE WAS SUPER POLITE! That calmed me down and I thanked him very much. It was the cashier and the big guy who may have saved that business a returning customer because I WOULD NOT have gone back. If you don't like your job don't work there. Also I understand the many thefts of Catalytic Converters so it would be essential to post a sign that they are not accepted. Longest review i EVER wrote but that first guy pissed me off.
