Backyard Environmental Solutions
About This Center
Backyard Environmental operates E P waste treatment facilities in West Texas and Mid-Continent, offering safe and environmentally friendly solutions for oil and gas operators. They accept various E P waste products such as drill cuttings, drilling mud, produced sand, sediments, and emulsions. The facilities utilize industry-leading technology, including indirect fired thermal desorption, to separate organic constituents from the waste stream. Recovered hydrocarbons are transformed into mud diesel, while treated soil is discharged for construction use. Backyard Environmental emphasizes the value of oilfield waste as retrievable assets and focuses on recycling and reusing solid waste from oil and gas operations. Their modern technology allows for the recovery of valuable mud diesel that would typically be disposed of in an environmentally unfriendly manner. No relevant information found.

Brian Shaver (5/5 stars, 4 years ago): I worked here for almost 2 years. It was Backyard Energy Services at that time. I started as a driver and was promoted to a field supervisor. I really enjoyed my time there. A lot of good people I felt appreciated and respected by everyone. The managers I worked for and with were wonderful. Oil field slowed down and I was laid off but that’s the nature of the business. If the opportunity came along I would work for them again. Good company

They been kicked off of Newfield and they do not have much work. very high stress workplace. I was only there for less than 2 weeks and seen three people quit that were truck drivers. The equipment is falling apart.. To much drama. The bad apples likes to talk about people and get rumors started. If this quit and they would get rid of them. It would be a good group of people. They train you well. I learned a lot here.Equipment a little rough. Great group of guys. Especially the Main manager over the yard. Earl is the manager and one the best managers i ever worked for. He is easy going. Will help u w anything. Equipment is rough. If they get the bad apples out. This would be a great company. I wish them well. Since i left. They been cleaning house. I think they are on a great start. I just had a bad experience there myself. I handled a situation the wrong way. Reason i dont work there currently. Told a guy to keep my name out of his mouth or i was going shut it for him. Told hr about what i said upfront and was honest w them. They didnt think it was the corporate way to handle it. All new guys start on nights. Didnt like that. Other than all this. It can be a good company to work for. They train well. Taught me how to run a trachoe.

He admitted to me and the police that he was distracted. Their insurance company wants to put an after market non-Mercedes part on my car greatly reducing its value. Backyard won't pay the difference. I'm being punished for their driver's negligence. Does this seem fair? Not to me.
