The staff was polite and courteous usually in these types jobs the people are "hard-core" with a short vocabulary. Not here American Metal took the time to give me the run down where the entrance is and where the exit is. Thanks to everyone who helped me out and showed patience with the new guy👍

Brad Freed (2/5 stars, 3 months ago): I pulled up to the entrance and there was a lady standing there shaking her head at me. Rude as can be she let's me know they're closed until Thursday and they put out a notice a week ago about this. Of course I argued with this lady and then found out they're just clearing out their scrap so they weren't taking any new stuff. Your customer service skills suck and I found a new place. They made me believe I was getting a good deal by having a commercial account with them. Anything over like $300 and they mail a check. I also get a nail in my tire EVERY time I go in. I have to make sure I sell enough scrap to cover getting a new tire. I found a new place that paid 50 cents more a pound with no account and paid in cash. I also didn't get a nail in my tire and the tweakers there were nice.
