WM - San Tan Hauling & Transfer Station

Sheri Brenden (1/5 stars, 3 months ago): 1st off I was being way over charged in 2023 2024. I called and was able to bring my 1/4 fee down to a reasonable amount. Then I signed up for auto pay through my bank in Aug of 2024. I'm being charged $13.00 in admin and late fees. How does that happen??? Yes My trash has been picked up But there are more times that the trash can is laying on its side after the trash service. I took a picture of my trash can and my neighbors . I will continue to take the pictures as this happens. We have been with WM for more than 12 years. I find this very disappointing on the way my trash can is placed and how WM has handled my account. Shame on me for trusting such a big company and shame on you for overcharging my account & pickup services.

Maria Davis (5/5 stars, a week ago): So far we have enjoyed and appreciate Waste Management. they have done a great job. The service is also very reasonably priced. We appreciate them coming by. They never leave our trash can in any place but where we set it out.

Mary Hauser (5/5 stars, a week ago): I’m very pleased with the service from your company. The drivers are experienced. Have never had any problems and if I happen to be outside when he picks up always kind smile and a wave.
