This place is a joke. They close at 4:00 and have said on multiple occasions as long as you're in the gate before 4:00 you will receive service. This makes the second time I've been there about 10 minutes until 4:00 and got turned away. Then they screw you on the prices and if you complain about it they have some fly by night fake cops there that will threaten to take you to jail.. for yes complaining.. You'll receive better service buying crack from the neighborhood dopeman.

I was unloading shred and the guy from the iron pile with magnet and he Carry's a gun he started yelling that we was taking to long with a unprofessional attitude!! He was very rude!! We unloaded our shred by hand and the man just sat there doing nothing. He was griping about the line of people but we was trying to get paid like everyone else! They deducted 40 lbs from our iron and they never weighed it! Every time I go there and that guy is around he makes a point to screw us out of our money Everytime!! It's not right or fair and not very businesslike! I've been a regular customer for years but this needs to stop and employees need to get wrote up or fired for treating customers this way!!!!!??...

Best place in Alexandria to take scrap best prices of any place in many parishes as well. The only thing I don't like is they're no longer open weekends so I have to hire someone to take scrap during the week.
