WM - Newberg Hauling, Transfer Station and Recycling center

brandon jager (1/5 stars, a month ago): Worthless company call your local city managers and the attorney generals office! Monopoly is an understatement! Rude lazy and straight up unprofessional... but what is anyone gonna do about it? If you don't live in Portland then you don't get to choose and WM knows it. Price hikes crap attitudes rude nothing you can do and again they know it!! Worthless Worthless worthless!!!!

R H (2/5 stars, a week ago): About once a year they decide we no longer need our bins and pick them up. We call and they tell us they'll drop new ones off next week. The next week rolls around and nothing. We call again and they say there was never a ticket put in and how sorry they are. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN THE BINS IN THE FIRST PLACE. We can't really do anything about it because they're the only waste company in town!! Complete incompetence. Furious that I pay for this service.

sherri meehl (4/5 stars, 2 months ago): They are always on time for weekly pick-up at my residence. I only wish they could go back to accepting styrofoam. No place local accepts it anymore. I know packaging is changing nationally but I still have some in my attic.
