WM - Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site Landfill

James Rodgers (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): I was actively rolling the can out to the curb when the truck arrived. Instead of applying the brake and waiting the 5-10 seconds for me to arrive the driver made eye contact and accelerated away! If that wasn't enough the driver stopped 4 houses down stopped and sat there. As I tried to wave him down and approach he drove off. Customer service at WM (live chat...lol) tried to blame me as the can was tot at the curb by 6am. Well there's a story / reason behind that but the point is that the can was right there at the time the truck arrived! Customer service FAIL! (...and there is no way the driver can claim he didn't see me).

Joe Rojas (1/5 stars, 3 months ago): Don't waste your money getting bagster for here by time your done and want the bag took even if it is underweight and bagster straps touch if one of there drivers think it looks overfilled they don't try service they just get out take pictures charge you unnecessary fee of fifty dollars for nothing.I would get a mini rolloff you will fit 4x more without the hassle from here. I tried contacting them with proof straps touch all they said is sorry my guy did attempt service they're trained to tell if it's overfilled. I shouldn't have to pay for anything unless they actually attempt picking up the bag. I admit it did look overfilled but the box i had on top was mostly empty and was easily able to move straps together and there was a trash bag on the SIDE out of the way of the straps and bag was sagging if picked up it would have been fine. In pictures below show how much bag was slouching and straps touching. We paid them almost two hundred dollars with everything so I'm hoping this cost them more then the fifty extra they charged me for nothing 💯 and people don't get ripped off.

Lisa Z (1/5 stars, 3 weeks ago): Too bad there is not a NO STARS option. My beef is I was auto billed twice in one month. I could find no reason why online so unfortunately I had to call. As I write this I have now been on hold for OVER 55 MIN!!! Clearly me having to wait on hold to find out why I was auto billed twice in one month means nothing to them!!! I HATE CALLING WM
