I guess you guys think its cute to talk down to new customers unaware of the procedures. How about some customer service training I don't think the attitude is cute or funny. Maybe you owner's do...I guess in the scrap metal business you don't have to be professional. Give the two girls a week off and then if they return train them how to be appreciative of their jobs.
