Western Metal Co - Recycling Center in Fresno, CA

I've never seen staff more in need of a break in my life. Treated dumb by the receptionist then treated rude by the scale girl. I guess you guys think its cute to talk down to new customers unaware of the procedures. How about some customer service training I don't think the attitude is cute or funny. Maybe you owner's do...I guess in the scrap metal business you don't have to be professional. Give the two girls a week off and then if they return train them how to be appreciative of their jobs.

Love this place. It's the place to go if you build your own stuff. Hobby/DIY who don't need full length full sheet good should go here.
