I had a small wine fridge that had died and needed to be recycled. I stopped by on a Saturday and they quickly moved though the folks in line ahead of me so I got out and on my way in no time. I was probably there for less than 10 minutes in total. The took the fridge out of my car for me and I didn't even need to park or get out. There was a $10 fee for recycling due to hazardous chemicals. They were super friendly with great costmer service. I definitely recommend using Ranchtown for any recycling needs!

Ranchtown Recycling is hands-down the best place to go for all your recycling needs! Their customer service is absolutely top-notch—every time I visit there’s always someone ready and willing to help me unload my materials. The staff is friendly efficient and genuinely seem to care about making the experience as easy as possible for their customers. On top of that their prices for wires are fantastic. I’ve shopped around and Ranchtown consistently offers some of the best rates. It’s clear they value their customers and make the whole process smooth and worthwhile. I can’t recommend them enough—this place sets the gold standard for recycling centers!

This place is not the greatest of recycling centers. The white male driving the fork lift never talks or addresses the customers to move out the way. He will just plop a container where ever. Keep in mind if the material is not recyclable you have to pay them $10.00 to dispose. Also there’s nails everywhere. So you will end up paying 20$ to get your tire plugged. The little old indian man just walks around talking nonsense. San Jose Metal is very clean and they make sure that debris or metal is not in the parking lot. Kiddos. I actually picked up 6 nails in my area. This is one on the side. I was told that this is a recycling center to expect that.
