The Berlin Municipal Transfer Recycling Center, located at 19 Town Farm Lane, Berlin, CT, is exclusively for Berlin residential customers, who must provide proof of residency upon entry. Curbside bulky item pick-up is available for a fee of $15 per mattress or box spring, with payment required in advance at the Town Hall.
