I signed up and received my new bin in plenty of time to participate in the first pickup. This is the second month and everything is working well I also appreciate the email reminder the week of pick up.

James Miller (1/5 stars, 5 years ago): Requested a bin in July still waiting terrible implementation of a program the old contract with Alliance was ending in July 2019 and their ability to get information out and get the program started is nothing short of a failure. It’s a shame that I have been throwing recyclable materials out now for two months. Sorry but I can’t store months of materials in my garage because RANA can’t get it’s act together. I want to recycle but can’t
