Amanda P (1/5 stars, 11 months ago): Woman in the office is always rude and told me she had to ask the people didn’t even listen to what I needed and then hung up on me Edited…. as you all can see she knew exactly who I was as to what she did. I also corrected myself and said 4.7 but you wouldn’t even listen to the part I needed. I will drive all the way to Huntsville for parts before I take an aluminum can back to your office. If you wouldn’t be so rude you may could find employees so you didn’t have to do “2 people’s jobs”. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have been a manager for years and I don’t even know how y’all are still open due to horrible customer service. James A Easterwood (5/5 stars, a year ago): I've been here twice and both times I received the same experience. Walked in the office the first time and was given instructions on how I needed to weigh and unload. The second time I knew what to do and was in and out a lot faster. Was treated decent and was even helped unloading. All of my scrap was seperated and cleaned both times and I could tell the guy that weighed my copper aluminum and brass was relieved. It's hot on that yard and them guys don't need any extra work. Also for anyone that's complaining about how they do business remember this they are the customer buying your products that you deliver to them. You are responsible to make them happy and want to do business with you. Treat your customer with respect know how they want the product delivered and don't get mad when they refuse to buy from you. Change the way you do business and you will be appreciated.
