Fred Reese (1/5 stars, 4 years ago): March 24 2021 was our scheduled day for RANA to pick up on our street in Owens Cross Roads. We had severe weather that day so I can understand why our recycling was not picked up. I would think those in charge of running this operation would have had the next day or two rescheduled for the Pick up and not need customers to call within 3 days. Now it has been over a month later. We were scheduled for April 28 2021 for our pick up. It was not picked up on our street again. I did call and was told they would make a report. As of 8:30 p.m. on the 29th it is still not picked up. Madison County needs to get a new recycle company!

Tabitha Burt (3/5 stars, 2 years ago): I understand getting behind due to weather lack of drivers break downs etc. But why is there ZERO communication when schedules change?! There should be an email sent out to every customer that will be delayed/rescheduled immediately. It's not difficult to keep your customers aware. At least if there were ANY communication we'd be a tad less miffed every month ...

Clark Doherty (1/5 stars, 3 years ago): The only time that they've been on time was the first time! I'm scheduled for Friday but alas its Monday at 4:45 PM and no one has picked it up. I actually think it ran better before RANA took over. I'm seriously thinking about skipping separating and just throwing it all in the garbage. They at least pick that up on a fairly regular schedule if you don't count the large item pick up which is also hit an miss in my area.
