I returned on a Saturday for a second visit and although I noticed a completely different team I was skeptical about the level of service I would receive. To my astonishment the weekend crew exceeded my expectations! They were just as welcoming and helpful if not more so than their weekday counterparts. It’s remarkable to witness a group of individuals who genuinely enjoy their work and create such a positive atmosphere. I had an agreement with Mark Nave an account manager at SA recycling. We agreed upon a certain amount of money for a load of old sheet aluminum. However when the check arrived I was paid scrap price. When I called to get this straight I was told "we mistakenly put it in the scrap pile instead of aluminum we simply will not take that big of a loss you will have to trust me when I say I will make it up to you on something else." I called John Erwin who said "I will look into it." 4 weeks have gone by and my phone calls are avoided and my messages are ignored. My team and I will move forward until a reasonable solution is met.
