I recently visited this scrap yard and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Initially I had some items to declutter and was unsure of the process. However from the moment I arrived I was greeted by a team of incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist me. They patiently explained everything I needed to know and guided me through the entire process ensuring that I felt confident and informed. Additionally I received a very fair price for the items I needed to dispose of which was a pleasant surprise. I returned on a Saturday for a second visit and although I noticed a completely different team I was skeptical about the level of service I would receive. To my astonishment the weekend crew exceeded my expectations! They were just as welcoming and helpful if not more so than their weekday counterparts. It’s remarkable to witness a group of individuals who genuinely enjoy their work and create such a positive atmosphere. This is an outstanding recycling yard! With friendly and helpful staff fast service and fair pricing it truly has everything you could ask for. I can confidently say this is the only place in town I would recommend for your recycling needs. Highly impressed!

I had an agreement with Mark Nave an account manager at SA recycling. We agreed upon a certain amount of money for a load of old sheet aluminum. However when the check arrived I was paid scrap price. When I called to get this straight I was told "we mistakenly put it in the scrap pile instead of aluminum we simply will not take that big of a loss you will have to trust me when I say I will make it up to you on something else." I called John Erwin who said "I will look into it." 4 weeks have gone by and my phone calls are avoided and my messages are ignored. My team and I will move forward until a reasonable solution is met.
