Rivergate Scrap Metals

Harley Quinn (5/5 stars, a year ago): This place allows you to sort by type of metal or to just bring it by the load. The staff was quick friendly and professional. Brought a truck with an old furnace system and made $27 helping a neighbor dispose of their waste. You go in and they weigh your vehicle you drop your metal (they made sure we didn't drive over anything) and they weigh your out and give you a receipt. It was kind of cool going here-- reminded me of Brave Little Toaster. Always happy to see waste managed properly.

We did the same process as always do go over scale take all other metals to the correct area then waited to off load the steel they had workers standing everywhere no one told us that now we have to go back over scale for some reason they no longer know how to do math and subtract metal weight that they have a record of from total weight so they when we had to hand off load worker never asked if we went back over scale as we left no pay for our steel. No signs that they changed process. Thank you for getting back to me I did not see this till after you closed the transaction is under my uncles name he will call and ask for manager in the morning and he will reference this review.

Donna Cline (Donna Cline) (5/5 stars, a year ago): We have been coming here for about 14 years.off and on Because we work hard for our money and Rivergate staff have always been helpful patient and general pay the most.we appreciate what all employees at Rivergate do each day to get you in and out quickly.and safely. We appreciate how clean things look and orderly way things are done.and that they are open saturdays. Just wish they stayed open a little longer on Saturdays. But over all no complaints.Thank you
