Republic Services Source Recycling Center - Recycling Center in Albany, OR

The phone number was asking about pickup service not the dump was trying to get info about e-recycling. There was no one around to ask when I got there and the signs were confusing. It seemed like I wasn't allowed back where all the electronics stuff was without protective equipment but there was no one around so I just left my stuff there hoping I did the right thing. Annoying there aren't more clear instructions or a location to go to ask someone. Only door says no admittance.

I called to get information about recycling various materials not covered by the general recycling on industrial way. I was was surprised and a bit disappointed with the three question survey at the end of the call. I was incredibly pleased with the customer service I recieved 10/10 the customer service representative was phenomenal. My concern is that the survey didn't ask about the customer service only about if I would recommend Republic Services in general if my question was answered and length of call once I was connected with a representative and I'm not sure how my answers are used and I definitely don't think it gave an accurate representation of how pleased I was with the customer service I received in the call.

Easy-to-use e-waste recycling. Didn't give 5 stars because they need to add battery recycling.
